Front fender hardware. Rear fender hardware.
Use the strut length adjusters to center the fender to the tire. Along with evening the gap.
The shorter length fender strut goes on the front. You may need to be the strut to fit the fender better. They bend easily by hand.
Attach appropriate hardware.
Attach the rear fender to the frame.
Deflating the rear tire makes it easier to install the lower nut and bolt
