Your charger plugs in and immediately shows 4 green lights (fully charged), but the bike has no power or very short range. This usually means the battery cells have degraded and can no longer hold a charge.
| Voltage Reading | What It Means |
|---|---|
| 52–54.6V | Fully charged, healthy battery |
| 48–52V | Partially charged, healthy |
| 42–48V | Low charge — charge immediately and retest |
| Below 40V | Battery cells are damaged — replacement needed |
| 0V | Internal fuse blown or BMS failure — contact support |
Important: Always store your battery above 20% charge. Letting a lithium-ion battery drain to 0% can permanently damage cells. During winter storage, charge the battery to 60–80% and top it up every 30 days.
